Manual nursing bed process: The main frame of the bed body is welded by Germany KUKA robot ,we use high-quality steel pipes i 80*40*1.0, which can carry 250kgs, after degreasing, washing and rust removal + meter adjustment, ten phosphating and ten water washing ➢ Passivation ➢ Baking Drying ➢ Spraying, curing and cooling multiple processes to achieve real anti-rust and corrosion resistance. The spraying adopts automatic assembly line spraying device.
Service life: Under the condition of correct use, maintenance, and maintenance, the service life should not be less than three years.
